Position Overview:

As a Site Security Supervisor at Ras Security Pte Ltd, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our clients' premises and personnel. You will be responsible for overseeing security operations at designated sites, managing a team of security officers, and ensuring compliance with established security protocols and procedures. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively coordinate security activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of security officers, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
• Conduct regular patrols and inspections of assigned sites to monitor security activities and identify any potential risks or vulnerabilities.
• Ensure adherence to established security protocols and procedures, including access control measures and emergency response protocols.
• Respond promptly and effectively to security incidents and alarms, coordinating with relevant stakeholders as necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of security activities, including incident reports, patrol logs, and shift schedules.
• Conduct training sessions and drills for security personnel to ensure proficiency in security operations and emergency response procedures.
• Liaise with clients, building management, and external stakeholders to address security concerns and maintain effective communication channels.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of security officers, providing feedback and implementing corrective actions as needed.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 years of experience in security operations, with demonstrated leadership experience.
• Possession of a valid Security Supervisor License issued by the Singapore Police Force.
• Strong knowledge of security protocols, procedures, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach to security challenges.
• Proficiency in security technologies and systems.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
• Physical fitness and the ability to perform security duties effectively.
