Position Overview:

As a Senior Security Officer at Ras Security Pte Ltd, you will be instrumental in ensuring the safety and security of our clients' premises, assets, and personnel. Leading a team of dedicated security personnel, you will uphold the highest standards of security protocols and procedures. This role demands exceptional leadership skills, a comprehensive understanding of security operations, and the ability to foster a collaborative and proactive security culture within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of security personnel, providing guidance, support, and training to maintain proficiency in security operations.
• Develop and implement robust security protocols and procedures to mitigate risks and safeguard clients' assets.
• Conduct regular patrols and inspections to identify security vulnerabilities and respond promptly to security incidents and alarms.
• Collaborate closely with clients, law enforcement agencies, and emergency services to enhance security measures and coordinate responses effectively.
• Conduct thorough investigations into security incidents, compile evidence, and prepare detailed reports for management and relevant authorities.
• Stay abreast of security threats and trends, recommending and implementing proactive measures to enhance security posture.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards governing security operations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 6 Months of experience in security operations, with a demonstrated track record of leadership and excellence.
• Possession of a valid Security Officer License issued by the Singapore Police Force.
• In-depth knowledge of security protocols, procedures, and best practices.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain composure and make sound decisions in high-pressure situations.
• Proficiency in security technologies and systems.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
• Physical fitness and capability to perform security duties effectively.
