Position Overview:

As a Security Quick Response Officer at Ras Security Pte Ltd, you will be at the forefront of ensuring rapid response to security incidents and emergencies. You will patrol designated areas, respond to alarms, and address security breaches swiftly and effectively. This role requires quick thinking, strong decision-making abilities, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct patrols of assigned areas to detect and deter security breaches, unauthorized access, and other suspicious activities.
• Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and security incidents, including disturbances, accidents, and medical emergencies.
• Assess situations and take appropriate action to resolve security incidents, including detaining suspects and coordinating with law enforcement agencies as necessary.
• Conduct thorough investigations into security incidents, gather evidence, and prepare detailed reports for management and relevant authorities.
• Collaborate with other security personnel and external stakeholders to coordinate response efforts and ensure effective communication during emergencies.
• Provide support and assistance to clients, employees, and visitors during security incidents and emergencies.
• Maintain accurate records of patrol activities, incidents, and other relevant information.
• Follow established protocols and procedures for security operations, including escalation procedures and use of force guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 years of experience in security operations, with a proven track record of rapid response to security incidents.
• Valid Security Officer License issued by the Singapore Police Force and PLRD license.
• Possession of own transport for duty transportation.
• Strong physical fitness and agility to perform security duties effectively.
• Quick thinking and strong decision-making abilities in high-pressure situations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
• First Aid and CPR certification preferred.
