Position Overview:

As the Security Operations Manager at Ras Security Pte Ltd, you will oversee and manage all aspects of security operations to ensure the highest level of safety and protection for our clients. Leading a team of security personnel, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining robust security protocols, procedures, and systems. This role requires strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a strategic approach to security management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of security personnel, ensuring adherence to established protocols and standards.
• Develop and implement comprehensive security plans and procedures to mitigate risks and safeguard clients' assets.
• Conduct regular assessments and audits of security operations to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Coordinate closely with clients to understand their security needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
• Oversee the deployment of security personnel and resources to ensure effective coverage and response capabilities.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners, including law enforcement agencies and emergency services, to enhance security measures and response protocols.
• Monitor and analyze security trends and threats, recommending and implementing proactive measures to enhance security posture.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards governing security operations.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or  degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2  years of experience in security operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Proven track record of success in security management, with strong knowledge of security protocols, procedures, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to make sound decisions under pressure and effectively manage crisis situations.
• Proficiency in security technologies and systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
